Machining -
OMF is not just a weld shop with machining capabilities, or a machine shop with a "welding department", we invest heavily in both worlds to be well-equipped to handle your projects. This means greater quality for you, and quality you can see part to part. We handle everything from small mill work to heavy boring mill weldments, completed to your door.

Forming and Straightening -
Our 12' 250 Ton Pirhanna press brake with CNC backgauge allows us to cover a wide range of materials, thicknesses, and shapes. Bending capacity - 1/2" x 8' A36.
Our 300 ton straightening press allows us to straighten varying lengths and shapes of parts with widths up to 12 ft.



Welding and Fabricating -
At OMF we can weld and fabricate much more than than typical carbon and stainless steels. We have experience in exotic alloys from Inconels to titanium, and alloy steels such as HY100 . Working with close tolerances is common at OMF, we fabricate complex frames and weldments up to 40,000 lbs.

Plate Burning:
With our 8' x 24' Alltra 5-axis Plasma table, we can turn around hot projects fast. The ability to plasma cut multiple bevels, including K,X,Y,V and Y on the table, dramatically increases productivity. We stock over 40,000 lbs of plate inventory. From 11ga HRPO, to 1.75" A36 8'x20' plates, we have it covered. .
